The Franklin Institute engaged my company to help design and develop a new mobile application which would enhance and augment the museum visitor experience.

Mobile App Design
The look and feel of the application followed the existing brand guidelines and marketing materials. Guests and members would be encouraged to download the native application available from the Apple and Android app stores.

Digital Membership Card
Members had quick and easy access to their new digital membership card. They would also receive special discounts and unlock exclusive content and features only available to them when using the mobile application.

Interactive Map with Wayfinding
Wayfinding beacons were installed and configured within the museum to work with the new interactive map and guidance system. Visitors could use the app to help them navigate to exhibits or find common destinations e.g., bathrooms, the food court, the museum store, and more.
